Tracking social networking applications on someone’s phone is not that tough. Whether it’s Facebook, WhatsApp, or iMessage, you can peek into all of it, and you don’t necessarily have to hack into their social media accounts. All you need is Pumpic, the social media tracking app that lets you keep tabs on anyone’s social media conversations from a remote location. social media monitoring

How can you start tracking?
Pumpic needs to be installed on the iPhone and Android device that you want to monitor. That means you can only track the social networking applications of the ones you are close to. Pumpic for Android and iPhone both are available. For iPhone users, the app is available with and without Jailbreak. Physical access to the target device is required to install the app. Pumpic becomes completely invisible once installed, so no one will know there is some app on their phone that’s transferring all the data from it to a server. It is this server that lets you access the data of the target device from a remote Control Panel (Web Account).
You can access this Control Panel by entering the credentials provided to you at the time of downloading this social media tracking app. Then, you will be taken to a dashboard from where you can track all the popular social networking applications. Here is how the dashboard looks like:
Now that you are on the dashboard, here is how you can track the conversations:
Step 1: Click on the ‘Messenger’ tab in the dashboard menu.
Step 2: From the drop-down list, you will find all the instant messenger apps (Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Line and more) to monitor. The screenshot below explains it well:
• Facebook Messenger Monitoring
To monitor the Facebook messenger conversations, you have to click on the ‘Facebook’ tab. With this feature, you can remotely track all the Facebook messenger chats between the target device and their contacts. Any multimedia files which are saved on the target device from Facebook Messenger can also be viewed from the gallery.
• iMessage Monitoring social media monitoring
If you are trying to track an iPhone, you will love this feature. Pumpic lets you remotely track all the text messages sent and received via iMessage on all iOS devices. Under the same drop-down list, you will see ‘iMessages’ tab. Clicking on this tab will take you to a window from where you can access all the iMessage conversations between the target device and their contacts. You can also see the time and date stamps along with the contact name and phone number.

• WhatsApp Monitoring
As you click on ‘WhatsApp’ from the drop-down menu, you will be taken to all the WhatsApp conversation between the target device and their contacts. You can see WhatsApp call logs, read the chats between contacts, and view the time and date stamps of each conversation. Pumpic allows you to catch the deleted conversations too. If the app can successfully create a data backup, the conversations that a target device deletes from his phone will still be retrieved by Pumpic. Any videos, photos or audio files shared via the chat can be accessed remotely too.
