Is Pumpic software invisible?
Yes, Pumpic mobile spy is 100% invisible and stays hidden on the phone or tablet that it is installed in. It will not show in the installed apps list on the phone or tablet as well.

Do I need to Jailbreak the target iPhone?
Even though we offer a jailbreak solution for older iPhones, our latest iOS solution doesn’t require a jailbreak.
Do I need to have physical access to the phone or tablet I want to monitor?
Our Pumpic app requires a one-time access on both Android and iOS devices. Once our service is set up and running, you can view all data remotely through your web account.
Is it legal to use Pumpic?
Yes, it is absolutely legal to use Pumpic mobile spy software to:
- Monitor your children under 18 years of age.
- Track your employees through their company-owned mobile phones or tablets.

Yes, you can install the Pumpic software on as many smartphones and tablets as you want to as long as you buy separate subscriptions for each device. As a thumb rule, you can only monitor one device under one license or subscription.

Yes, you can reinstall the software on the target phone in case it gets stolen or replaced as long as your subscription is valid. However, only one device can be monitored under one license or subscription at a time

Can Pumpic access deleted text messages?
All post backup text messages, SMS and iCloud messages can be accessed with Pumpic even if they are deleted from the target device. Any data that is deleted prior to backup cannot be retrieved.

No, there is no data upload limit and you can enjoy unlimited storage on your Pumpic Control Panel.
Can I monitor data from my own phone?
Yes, you can remotely monitor target phone or tablet from your own phone, too. However, for best monitoring experience, we do not recommend monitoring through phone.
How do I check target phone and tablet usage stats?
Once you log into your Pumpic Control Panel, you can check all uploaded data categorized under relevant tabs. Navigate within the tabs to check phone call logs, SMS, IM chats, web browsing data and location stats.
Do I get Pumpic upgrades?
Yes, you will receive Pumpic updates from time to time. You will have to reinstall the application on target phone or tablet to get best experience.
Do I have to reinstall the app if the target phone or tablet gets a software update?
